At Year 5 (2023), we decided it was time to overhaul the bathrooms. When you have 9 of them, it’s not a simple job. We started with our own bathroom as a test case, then rolled that out to the other 8.

We replace the villa patio furniture with new Woodard pieces from Steve’s hometown of Owosso, Michigan.
After almost 2 years of working with St. John Ultimate Villas, we shake hands and go out on our own to learn the ins-and-outs of St. John rental villa management.
A tropical storm forecast to have 35-45mph winds 150 miles to our west turns into a Category 1 hurricane w/ 110mph gusts that comes east over the Virgin Islands.
