We have been visiting or living on St John for 17 years and have lived full time since 2018. We are still as much in love with St John today as the day we first stepped foot on our island. Yes, many things have changed since that first visit but many of the things that brought us to St John have not changed…the shear beauty of the island, the beaches, the vistas, and the warmth of the people of St John. Thanks to the Virgin Islands National Park which covers over ⅔’s of St John, much of our land will be forever green.
Today there are lots (and lots) of choices of wonderful places to stay on St John. Large. Small. Fancy. Basic. Faces east to get a sunrise. Faces west to capture the sunset. High up on a hill. Walking distance to the beach.

This newly completed 2-level villa has 2 studio apartments with full kitchens and baths with large decks on top of each other.

Coconut Hill Cottage & Tropical Treehouse is perched on the upper east side of Bordeaux Mountain and looks over all of Coral Bay, East End, and almost the entire British Virgin Islands. The villa is made up of 2 buildings:
the upper is Coconut Hill Cottage with 2 bedrooms, a Loft, full kitchen, living room and screened-in patio and 3 bathrooms
the lower is Tropical Tree House that is connected to the main driveway by a staircase and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom
There is a nice pool area off the main living space and they proudly installed solar power and Tesla Powerwalls to avoid any issues with island power outages.

Completed in February 2019, this 2 building, 6 unit complex on Gifft Hill has been completely rebuilt inside and out after massive damage from the storms of 2017.
