For reservations of 7 days or more utilizing up to 7 bedrooms, we offer a few special discounts in winter when the reservation is made directly with us. Rather than paying a referral/travel agent fee, we are able to pass the savings on to you! One discount per reservation with a minimum stay of 7 nights and excluding all the holiday weeks of Christmas, New Year’s, President’s Week, Easter, the 4th of July (St John Carnival), Thanksgiving, and any use of our Owner’s Apartment.

We offer a free room to grandparents in winter when accompanied by their kids and grandkids. One discount per reservation. One week minimum stay. Minimum six (6) room usage. Discount equal to the incremental cost of one bedroom.

Book your wedding stay at Great Expectations from Dec 15 - April 30th and the newlywed couple stays FREE. One discount per reservation. One week minimum stay. Minimum six (6) room usage. Active US Military 10% off
Any group with an active US Military member in one of the five branches - Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy - can request 10% off any stay of 7 nights or more. One discount per reservation.
